NDOS over the years
Every fall, Notre Dame orthopaedic surgeons, alumni and friends come home to South Bend for the Notre Dame Orthopaedic Symposium and a home football weekend. Here is GolfDoc’s look back at each meeting.
Learn. Reminisce. Connect.
The Notre Dame Orthopaedic Society has offered education to everyone who works in musculoskeletal care, whether physician, businessperson or entrepreneur, since 1995. Founded by Notre Dame alumni, it now serves more than 500 Notre Dame graduates and non-graduates. Faculty and physicians from practices across the country teach through lectures, presentations and personal discussion. source
The annual weekend opens with a Thursday kickoff dinner, then a full Friday symposium. Saturday brings golf, a tailgate and Notre Dame football. source
Former GH&GJ guests are part of the NDOS family. Dr. Chip Taunt has moderated the hip and knee reconstruction section for years, and Dr. A.J. Mencias lists the Society among his memberships. source source
